At Bicycle Collective, we want you to ride with confidence, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all bikes, components, and gear. If your purchase doesn't meet your performance needs, we are committed to making it right through a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Gear

  Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags, manuals, and protective padding are included.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your box before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned equipment for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
